All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in accordance with the applicable laws in the region of purchase.
Event organisers reserve the right to withdraw, reschedule or substitute shows and may vary advertised programs, prices and venues.
No alcohol or illicit drugs are to be brought into the Event site.
No glass, eskys, umbrellas, video cameras or professional cameras are permitted on the Event site. Audio or visual recordings of the event are prohibited. Still cameras (not professional) are permitted but images may only be used for private purposes and not public display. Patrons offer consent to be included in film and sound recordings of the event and for these recordings to be used by the event organiser.
Event is rain or shine. Lineup is subject to change.
There will be no re-entry into the festival site if you exit prior to the end of the day.
You will be able to access your tickets within your account area on this website two weeks prior to the event.
Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased through an authorised point of sale.
All bookings and ticket purchases are non-transferable and may not be sold or transferred by you.
The right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets.
The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the event organiser and the venues terms of admission.
It is a condition of entry that you submit to a search of person or possessions on entry to the venue if we decide to take such action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability of any nature for the acts, omissions or default of those providing services in connection with us or any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which are incurred at or in association with this event. Where legislation implies any condition or warranty which cannot be excluded or modified, that condition or warranty will be deemed to be included in this agreement. However, our liability for any breach of such condition or warranty will be limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary or special damages.
You acknowledge that neither we nor the venue will be responsible for any loss or damage to the property (including personal property such as bags, money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the event by you or your invitees.
You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at the event by you or your invitees.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event for any reason.
You must ensure that you and your invitees act in an orderly manner when attending the event. We may refuse entry or evict you or any of your invitees if they are behaving in a disorderly, offensive or inappropriate manner.
There will be no refund on any unused portion of tickets if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave or if you decide not to attend any part of the Event.
We care for the environment and community. Please be respectful and place any litter in the bins provided around the venue.
IMPORTANT MANDATORY HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOL AND PROCEDURES UPDATE FOR ALL SHOALSFEST TICKET HOLDERS:
Effective immediately, every individual ShoalsFest attendee must provide proof of a negative, lab-administered COVID-19 PCR or Rapid Test administered within 48 hours of entry. Home rapid tests will not be accepted, as time of testing cannot be verified.
Attendees may bypass these requirements with proof of a full COVID-19 vaccination. A physical or digital card will be accepted as valid proof. The last day to receive the second shot of Pfizer or Moderna, or a single Johnson & Johnson shot is Saturday, September 18, 2021, otherwise the previous guidelines apply and valid proof of a negative COVID-19 test is required.
Children under 12 will be required to wear masks at all times on festival grounds, but will not be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for entry.
We kindly ask anyone meeting any of the following criteria to not attend ShoalsFest:
- Attendees who have tested positive, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of attending the festival.
- Attendees who within 14 days of attending the festival have traveled to any international territory identified by federal or applicable state or local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19.
- Attendees who within 48 hours prior to attending the festival exhibit any of the following symptoms:
- Fever or chills
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Muscle or body aches
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
These protocols and procedures have been added due to the rapid escalation of COVID-19 and the Delta variant. Refusal to meet the following protocols will result in denial of entry.
Please be prepared for longer entry times to the festival grounds.
